Terms of Service for Tkitima

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tkitima mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tkitima is a platform that connects football players to organize and participate in local matches. The App provides:

• Match discovery based on location
• Match creation and management
• Player profile management
• Communication tools for match coordination

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the App for commercial spam or solicitation
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise app security
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law

4. Match Participation

4.1 Match Organizers

As a match organizer, you:

• Are responsible for providing accurate match details (time, location, price)
• Must honor commitments to participants
• Can set participation requirements and approve/reject requests
• May cancel matches with reasonable notice (recommended 24 hours minimum)

4.2 Match Participants

As a participant, you:

• Must arrive on time or notify the organizer of delays
• Are responsible for your own safety and insurance
• Must respect other players and follow match rules
• Can leave matches within allowed timeframes (2 hours before start)

5. Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Tkitima is not liable for:

• Injuries, damages, or losses from match participation
• Disputes between users
• Third-party actions or venues
• Loss of data or account access
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
